  1. Boy, Scott, you're really helping me out these days with cooking ideas, and I love this barley one. Being a former New Englander, barley is one of those things we ate a lot of in soups, stews, etc. Yum....so good! I love it, so this is a recipe I am going to make for sure. It's different.

    As you know, there are only two of us at home, and the other half of us is totally uninterested in what he eats as long as it healthy and fills him up. So, making something delish each night is something I pretty much do for myself. I've gotten lazy lately, so thanks for all the inspiration.

    btw...I'm making your entire stuffed pork loin dinner tonight for friends who are coming to dinner and bringing a relative, a temporarily unemployed executive chef. Oh joy! I'll let you know how it goes.
